1. Our prices may vary from store to store and city to city.

2. Pricing for garment cleaning will be determined based on the garment’s complexity. Prices listed serve as a reference and may vary.

3. Free pickup and delivery are available for laundry orders weighing at least 5 kg.

4. Laundry orders will be delivered within 72 hours.

5. Dry-cleaned garments will be ready for delivery within 120 hours

6. Urgent garment deliveries will incur an additional 100% charge.

7. While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected delays may occur. In such cases, we will keep you informed about updated delivery schedules.

8. Customers should inspect their garments upon delivery.

9. All garments are accepted at the customer’s risk.

10. Garments that remain uncollected beyond 15 days from the scheduled delivery date will no longer be our responsibility.

11. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to clothing due to fire, theft, or other unforeseen incidents.

12.  We are not liable for issues such as color fading, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments, embroidery, or other delicate garment features during the cleaning process.

13. Although we make every effort to remove stains, SparkleShine is not responsible for stains that cannot be removed.

14. Our cleaning process includes various methods, such as washing with emulsifiers, detergents, and softeners, as well as specialized techniques like soft washing for delicate fabrics and technologies such as Hydrocarbon cleaning.

15. We may use images of your garments for promotional activities.

16. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Agra.
